Creative Corporate Workshops
I offer interactive art and wellness workshops for corporate groups looking to connect, unwind, and create something meaningful together. All sessions run 60–90 minutes and can be hosted virtually or in person (depending on travel distance).
Drink & Draw
Abstract Contour Drawing Class for Teams
Drink & Draw is a fun, engaging 60-minute abstract contour drawing class created to help work teams bond, relax, and tap into their creativity. Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite beverages, making it a lively icebreaker and team-building experience.
The session begins with a brief welcome and introduction, followed by warm-up exercises such as shading and cross-hatching to prepare hand-eye coordination. From there, groups learn abstract contour drawing techniques with the twist of not looking at their paper. This includes a 10-minute drawing exercise of any household object; plants, shoes, mugs, before sharing and discussing the results.
Next comes a blind contour self-portrait drawn while looking in the camera. If someone peeks at their paper, everyone takes a drink, adding a playful element that brings teams closer. The class wraps with participants sharing their portraits and reflecting on the experience. Many guests say they feel noticeably more connected to coworkers afterward.

Sketch & Stretch
Drawing, Yoga, Relaxation + Creativity
Sketch & Stretch blends relaxation practices with creativity, offering a thoughtful, grounding experience for work teams, retreats, friends, and families. This session combines basic drawing and coloring techniques with gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises shown to support mindfulness and open creative pathways.
Participants begin with a welcome, followed by warm-ups such as line drawing, shading, and crosshatching, along with deep breathing to connect mind and body. This leads into a series of gentle chair-supported yoga poses including side-stretching, forward folds, and downward dog using a desk or chair.
Next, participants enjoy a relaxing coloring session focused on choosing harmonizing colors. The group then transitions into simple standing yoga postures to relieve tension, followed by full-body relaxation. The final activity is a guided line drawing of a plant or similar object where participants apply all techniques learned. The session closes with shared reflections.
By the end, participants will:
- Create four unique drawings
- Learn six foundational yoga poses
- Practice two calming breathing techniques
- Enjoy a fully relaxing creative experience from any setting; desk, kitchen table, office, or bed
In-Person Price: $30 per person (all materials included)
Virtual Participants Need:

About Me
I am a professional artist with over 16 years of experience teaching drawing, painting, and creative practices to all ages and levels. I work full-time in my St. Pete art studio creating abstract paintings inspired by nature, landscape, and light.
Before moving to Florida, I lived in St. John (U.S. Virgin Islands) where I created, hosted, and led paint-and-sip events for both locals and visitors. I hold two degrees in painting and have extensive knowledge of art and art history.
My workshops provide a real art experience; informative, engaging, and approachable, without the pressure or seriousness of a traditional classroom environment.
